Q: Does Forkliftnetwork.ca sell forklifts?

A: No. Forkliftnetwork.ca doesn't own any of the forklifts listed on the website. We provide the platform to make it easier for sellers and potential buyers of such equipment. Terms and Conditions.

 

Q: Does Forkliftnetwork.ca sell parts?

R: No. Forkliftnetwork.ca neither buys or sells parts; however, a number of members in our network can meet your needs.

 

Q: What do I do to advertise (post) equipment?

A: First, you have to open an account and select the member package that best suits your needs.

 

Q: If I'm not a forklift reseller, do I need a password to log onto the site?

A: There's no need to register in order to browse forkliftnetwork.ca;  To receive our different communications it is necessary to have an account (this is free).

 

Q: If I'm not a forklift reseller, can I advertise (post) my forklifts on the site?

A: Yes, just go to the Register section of our website, and then choose the Client User Package on our website.

 

Q: How much does it cost to advertise (post) my forklifts on your site?

A: It all depends on the package you choose. If you are a forklift reseller, we offer you the Silver Package at $85 a month. If you are a Client User, it will cost you $75 per enf user package to become a member.

 

Q: I've lost my password. What should I do?

A: Just go to the Log on page and enter your email address in the Forgot your password? box. Then just click on the Send button and a new password will be sent to you by email.

 

Q: I've just created my profile and I tried out my password, but the system doesn't let me log on.

A: If you have just joined the network, it may take up to 48 hours before your password is activated. You will receive an email informing you that your account has been activated. On average within one hour your account is activated, especially if the payment is made throught PayPal.

 

Q: How would I be billed?

A: According to the method of payment that you choose: by Paypal and their services, or by cheque. Please note, however, that paying by cheque may delay opening your account.

 

Q: Once I select the package that suits me best, what are the payment options?

A: By credit card through Paypal, by your Paypal account or by cheque

 

Q: Can I be a member and post advertisements (listings) on your website at the same time?

A: Yes. You can be both a member and have an advertising package at the same time.

 

Q: How do I post my photos on Forkliftnetwork.ca?

A: Once your account has been created and your package has been purchased, go to the My Account / My Inventory section, click on the Add button and then just fill out the form.

 

Q: How long will my listings remain posted on the site?

A: For 90 days. After that, you will just have to confirm whether they are still for sale. You will also receive an expiry notice. Your package must be in effect.

 

Q: For how long will my photos remain posted on the site?

A: Unless you have sold your forklift or have deleted your listings yourself, your photos will remain posted on the site for 90 days or until the expiry of the term of your subscription, whichever comes first. You will be notified by email of the expiry date of your equipment listings. Then you'll just need to revise the list and click on either the Post again or Delete button.

 

Q: Can other people in my company change the prices or descriptions of my equipment listings?

A: Yes, if they log onto our site with your email address and password, they will be able to make changes. Please note, however, that there is only one user per account, and  therefore per company.

 

Q: How do I delete a forklift listing?

A: Just log onto the network and go to the section My Account / My Inventory and then select the unit to delete and click on the X button to delete.

 

Q: Can I advertise (post) equipment without a photo?

A: Yes, but we don't recommend it.

 

Q: If I can't find the forklift I'm looking for, what can I do?

A: Launch a search notice throughout the Canadian network and get offers sent directly to your email address.

 

Q: During my searches, I'm constantly getting the message: No results found.

A: Try to broaden your search by omitting some drop-down menus, such as price, engine, etc.

 

Q: Does Forliftnetwork.ca assign the trade-in values for the forklifts?

A: No, because the trade-in values can constantly change and can vary dramatically from forklift to forklift, depending on market conditions, hours of use and a number of other factors. The trade-in values are therefore emailed to resellers and dealers qualified to establish these prices and don't represent any commitment on anyone's part.

 

Q: I entered a description of my forklift under Trade-in value, but I never received any replies.

A: It can take a few hours—and even a few days—before receiving a reply. The more popular the forklift you have to offer, the more replies you will receive.
